Refunds and Exchanges
Since all decals are custom cut, made to order there will be no refunds/exchanges.
The only exception is for decals damaged during shipping. In this case you may exchange your decal for an IDENTICAL decal; no color or size changes allowed.
Pre-made items such as license plates, etc. can be exchanged or refunded.
Be sure to make sure you select (and double check) the proper options.
You will be emailed a receipt immediately after your order is complete. If you find an error on that receipt send us an email right away so we can correct it before the decal is made.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IN CASE WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
