One decal came messed up and was partially pulled from paper. Made the install challenging and couldn’t get install up to par. They would not replace and wanted me to purchase another. Plenty of companies will send you a replacement, go with them.

There was no previous mention of there being a problem with the decal in your email...just that it was damaged during installation. If the decal was damaged in some way this should've been mentioned in the email to us and documented so we could send you a replacement for free.

I wanted some Yamaha speed block graphics - this was literally the only place in the world I could find (via the web) that could give me what I wanted. Product was quickly dispatched, made it to Australia and it was a quality product that worked exactly for it's intended use. Can't complain about that!

I had two custom pieces for them to look at they were fast with the rendering and I got it shipped within one day.

Had a problem with the decals I ordered separating from the backing paper which ruined them. Contacted "Customer Service" which responded with the following cut and paste response:

"During shipping, the decal can separate from both the paper backing and the transfer tape. This is why it is critical you go over the entire decal like you are installing it to the paper before you try and remove the backing. This can be done with a squeegee, credit card, plastic spatula or your fingers. Sometimes a lot of pressure is needed to get it to stick to the tape. Once you have done this then you need to flip the decal over, so it is FACE DOWN and slowly remove the paper backing from the decal. Most customers try and lift the decal and tape off the paper backing; this is wrong because it can make the decal more difficult to release from the paper."

Radio silence afterwards...
"Customer Service" just isn't what it used to be.

You contacted us at 11:32, we responded at at 12:09 then you wrote this negative review an hour later (and placed a new order at the same time). Your pictures clearly show you didn't follow the instructions because you continued to peel off the decal even though some parts were not sticking to the tape. This is why the instructions say take your time to make sure the decal is sticking to the application tape...if not, apply pressure to that area so all the parts can be removed from the backing.
